1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using LidarFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who we are

LidarFlow is operated by Zenex Innovations OÜ, registered in Estonia under registry code 16721227, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Saue vald, Ruila küla, Ruila SÜ 27, 76315, Estonia. Contact: info@zenexinnovations.ee.

3. Description of service

LidarFlow provides a managed, browser-based workflow for turning LiDAR and camera recordings into metric 3D point clouds. Features, supported formats, and output types may change as the product evolves.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LidarFlow for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload malware, infringing content, or data you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's account.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

LidarFlow and its underlying code, design, and branding are owned by Zenex Innovations OÜ. You retain ownership of the recordings and results you create. We receive a limited license to process your uploads solely to operate the service for you.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Billing cycles, payment methods, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Free launch promotion

During our launch promotion, the service may be offered at no charge. Promotional access may be limited or changed, and we will notify users before any paid billing begins.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

LidarFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Reconstruction quality depends on your sensors, recordings, and environment. We do not guarantee specific accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenex Innovations OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100 if no payment was made.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
